Danville put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against the Montoursville Warriors. The Ironmen have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Maclin Hickey spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on four hits. What's more, she gave up only one walk, the fewest she's had since back in April of 2024.

On the hitting side, Danville's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Jillian Lowe, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Lowe is crushing it when it comes to hits: she's got at least three every time she's taken the field this season.

Danville's win bumped their record up to 3-0.
