Volleyball Recap: Goshen Comes Up Short

Goshen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Warsaw Tigers, falling 3-0. If the RedHawks were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-4, 25-17.

Ellie Hepler had an outrageously good game for Warsaw as she had 16 digs and six aces. That's the most digs Hepler has posted over her last eight matches.

Goshen's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Warsaw, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Goshen is set to face off against their familiar foe Mishawaka at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Warsaw will square off against rival Northridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
