Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Menlo School). They never let the Priory Panthers onto the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Wednesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Knights needed considering they were shutout in their previous game.

They hit Priory with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Rafe Weiden (2), Kieran Vazquez, Gabriel Gil, and Carter Techel.

Menlo School now has a winning record of 3-2-2. As for Priory, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-1.

Menlo School has already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against Eastside College Prep on the 10th. As for Priory, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 4-0 victory against Harker on the 10th.
