Basketball Recap: Lapeer Takes a Loss

Lapeer suffered their biggest defeat since February 23, 2024 on Monday. They took a blow against the Lake Orion Dragons, falling 63-35. The Lightning haven't had much luck with the Dragons recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Lapeer's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Lake Orion, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-5.

Lapeer will head out on the road to challenge Davison at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lake Orion has already played their next match (against Harper Woods), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
