Volleyball Recap: Metlakatla Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Metlakatla can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Susitna Valley Rams on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Chiefs in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost three in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19, 25-14.

Metlakatla's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Susitna Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 28-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Metlakatla nor Susitna Valley have any future games scheduled.
