Softball Recap: Canyon View's Undefeated Season over After 17 Games

If Canyon View was riding high fresh off their 21-3 takedown of Desert Edge last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Jaguars fell just short of the King Wolves by a score of 6-5 on Wednesday. The loss was the Jaguars' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Canyon View fell to 16-1. As for King, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-5-1.

Canyon View wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Otay Ranch on the 3rd. As for King, they have also already played their next contest, an 11-1 defeat against Mater Dei Catholic on the 3rd.
