Soccer Game Preview: Mid-Buchanan vs. Pembroke Hill

For the second straight game, Mid-Buchanan will face off against Pembroke Hill. The Dragons will welcome the Raiders at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Mid-Buchanan is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to seven goals on Friday, they were much more limited against Pembroke Hill on Tuesday. They came up short against the Raiders, falling 8-0. Mid-Buchanan's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The victory (which was Pembroke Hill's third in a row) raised their record to 8-7-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those three matchups. As for Mid-Buchanan, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 14-10-1.
