Volleyball Recap: George Washington Takes a Loss

George Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Bear Creek Bears.

Bear Creek was led to victory by Miley Gutierrez and Alana Hernandez. Gutierrez had 16 digs and one assist, while Hernandez had seven digs.

George Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Bear Creek, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-8.

George Washington didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Denver West on the 30th. As for Bear Creek, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Columbine on the 30th.
