Softball Recap: Northeast Comes Up Short

Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. They came up short against the Kirkwood Cobras, falling 19-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cobras this season, with their most recent loss being a 19-3 defeat two weeks ago.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Kirkwood, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-8.

As of now, neither Northeast nor the Cobras have any future games scheduled.
