Volleyball Recap: Willmar Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

There's no place like home for Willmar, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past the Worthington Trojans 3-0 on Wednesday. This was payback for the Cardinals, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-12, 25-19.

Willmar's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jordan Blahosky, who had 15 digs and three assists. That's the most digs Blahosky has posted over her last eight matchups. Mallory Beier was another key player, getting five digs and five aces.

Willmar was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 21 consecutive contests.
