Soccer Game Preview: Lake Stevens vs. Jackson

The Lake Stevens Vikings will square off against the Jackson Timberwolves at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Stevens is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Lake Stevens' defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Cascade 5-0. Lake Stevens' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four matches.

Meanwhile, Jackson beat Mountlake Terrace 2-0 on Thursday.

Jackson now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Lake Stevens, their victory bumped their record up to 7-0-1.

Lake Stevens came out on top in a nail-biter against Jackson in their previous meeting back in September, sneaking past 1-0. Do the Vikings have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Timberwolves turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
