After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mumford, Iola was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Somerville Yeguas 7-6. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

The victory got Iola back to even at 4-4. As for Somerville, they dropped their record down to 9-10 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got a battle between Bulldogs coming up. Iola is facing North Zulch at the right time seeing as North Zulch is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Somerville, they will venture away from home to face off against Burton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
