Basketball Game Preview: Tussey Mountain Titans vs. Mount Union Trojans

For the first time this season, Tussey Mountain will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They are taking a road trip to face off against the Mount Union Trojans at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Tussey Mountain is looking for their season's first win.

On Wednesday, Tussey Mountain ended up a good deal behind Windber and lost 39-21. The matchup marked the Titans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Mount Union had to suffer through an 85-30 loss at the hands of Penns Valley Area. The loss continues a trend for the Trojans in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost three in a row.

Mount Union's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Tussey Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Tussey Mountain came up short against Mount Union when the teams last played back in January, falling 73-65. Can the Titans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
