Baseball Recap: Western Wildcats vs. Palmetto Tigers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against IMG Academy, Western was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They never let the Palmetto Tigers get on the board and left with a 7-0 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.
Palmetto's batters probably weren't too happy with Jimmy Huard, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 17 Ks (he gave up zero walks). Those 17 strikeouts gave Huard a new career-high.
