Soccer Recap: Kings Mountain Comes Up Short

Kings Mountain fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Crest on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 2-1. Kings Mountain just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Naomi H, who's now up to three this season.

Kings Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 4-8-3. As for Crest, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-6-1.
