Soccer Recap: Tuscaloosa County Takes a Loss

Tuscaloosa County managed to keep up with Thompson until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Wildcats lost 6-0 to the Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Thompson this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 back in March.

Tuscaloosa County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-9-2 record this season. As for Thompson, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7-1 record this season.

Tuscaloosa County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Thompson, they will venture away from home to face off against Auburn at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
