Peru hasn't had much luck against Mississinewa recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Tigers will welcome the Indians at 10:00 a.m. Peru is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.

Peru took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand Rochester a 6-0 shutout. Katy Jo Kieninger was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Blackford. Mississinewa haven't had any issues with Blackford recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Mississinewa's victory bumped their record up to 7-3-2. As for Peru, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
