Basketball Recap: Fairdale Takes a Loss

Fairdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers, falling 60-16. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 252nd in Kentucky, while the Panthers are ranked 124th in Kentucky).

Fairdale's defeat dropped their record down to 4-22. As for Pleasure Ridge Park, they moved to 11-13 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Fairdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pleasure Ridge Park, they are taking a road trip to take on Valley at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Valley's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games.
