The Beth Haven Bearcats will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Southern Trojans at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Beth Haven's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Southern has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.
Beth Haven can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They blew past Louisville Saints HomeSchool 90-57 at home. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Levi Langley was his usual excellent self, scoring 27 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Michael Ray Stinnett, who went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points and 2 assists.
Southern suffered their biggest loss since December 2, 2023 last Tuesday. They suffered a rough 98-75 defeat at the hands of Central. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Beth Haven is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. As for Southern, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.
