Basketball Recap: Henley Comes Up Short

Henley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 56-44 to the Klamath Union Pelicans. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Pelicans this season, with their most recent loss being a 53-46 defeat two weeks ago.

Henley's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Klamath Union, their win bumped their record up to 8-13.

Looking ahead, Henley will challenge Phoenix at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Phoenix knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Henley likes a good challenge. As for Klamath Union, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 51-43 victory against Hidden Valley on the 12th.
