Recap: Concordia Panthers vs. Beloit Trojans
The Concordia Panthers were the 51-48 winner over the Beloit Trojans when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Concordia was beaten by Beloit 82-53 on Friday.
Bryce Beisner was on fire for Beloit: he scored 25 points along with 7 rebounds and 4 blocks. Noah Gerstner was another key contributor, going 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points and 1 assists.
Concordia's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Beloit, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Concordia will be playing in front of their home fans against Smoky Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Beloit, they will head out on the road to face off against Clay Center at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
