Volleyball Recap: Divine Child Takes a Loss

Divine Child lost against South Lyon back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Falcons took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions.

While Divine Child had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-18.

Divine Child's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Divine Child will be playing in front of their home fans against Croswell-Lexington at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Lyon, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against North Farmington on the 21st.
