Basketball Recap: Hillside Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Hillside lost against Millbrook back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hornets took a 68-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats.

Millbrook found their leader in sophomore Matt Kuppinen, who went 6-for-7 on his way to 26 points and five steals. George Johns was another key player, putting up 16 points and seven boards.

Hillside's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hillside will square off against E.E. Smith at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Millbrook, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Sanderson at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
