Softball Recap: Jordan-Matthews Takes a Loss

Jordan-Matthews was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 7-2 to the Southeast Alamance Stallions. The Jets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Stallions earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Jordan-Matthews' defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Southeast Alamance, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Jordan-Matthews will challenge rival Chatham Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Southeast Alamance is set to face off against their familiar foe Graham at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
