Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lee Vining). They walked away with a 16-11 victory over the Lone Pine Golden Eagles on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on April 1st.

Lee Vining's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Lone Pine, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Lee Vining and Lone Pine will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Tigers see the field they'll take on Virginia City at 3:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Lone Pine, their break will end when they face Trona at 3:15 p.m. on the 29th.
