It's playoff time, and Miller School of Albemarle had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Fredericksburg Christian Eagles 84-54 on Wednesday. The Mavericks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matches by 22 points or more this season.

Miller School of Albemarle got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jaylen Dyer out in front who went 8-for-12 to rack up 19 points in addition to seven assists and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Ryan Crotty, who shot 5-for-7 from deep and almost dropped a double-double with 21 points and nine boards.

Miller School of Albemarle pushed their record up to 18-11 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.5 points. As for Fredericksburg Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-11.

Coming up, Miller School of Albemarle will square off against Hargrave Military Academy at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Hargrave Military Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 11 games. Fredericksburg Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
