Baseball Recap: Brawley Gets the Win

After losing to Classical Academy the last time they met, Brawley decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Wildcats came out on top against the Caimans by a score of 9-6 on Saturday.

Jaime Pena was excellent, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one run and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Dante Lofton, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run.

Brawley now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Classical Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Brawley has already played their next game, a 14-4 win against Cibola on the 5th. As for Classical Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 12-3 victory against Canyon Crest Academy on the 5th.
