Basketball Game Preview: St. Mary's Pirates vs. Florence Huskies

Trechter continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Dominic Lewis, who went 6 for 9 en route to 15 points.

Meanwhile, Florence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 70-25 loss at the hands of Colorado Springs Christian. The Huskies were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-15.

Florence's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for St. Mary's, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.
