Basketball Recap: Hemingway Takes a Loss

Hemingway was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Mullins Auctioneers 54-16. The Tigers were probably out for revenge after losing 65-11 to them when the teams met back in December of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hemingway's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Mullins beat Hemingway by a score of 61-17 on Friday.
