Soccer Recap: Campo Verde Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Campo Verde and Chaparral squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Campo Verde had to settle for second. They lost 5-0 to the Chaparral Firebirds. The defeat continues a trend for the Coyotes in their matchups with the Firebirds: they've now lost seven in a row.

Campo Verde's loss dropped their record down to 10-10-1. As for Chaparral, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 19-1-2.

As of now, neither Campo Verde nor Chaparral have any future games scheduled.
