Soccer Recap: Andrew Jackson Gets the Win

Andrew Jackson lost to Governor's School for Science & Math back in April of 2015, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Volunteers came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for Andrew Jackson.

They hit Governor's School for Science & Math with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sara Jane, Ava Hudspeth, and Mary Flowers.

Andrew Jackson's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Governor's School for Science & Math, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Coincidentally, Andrew Jackson and Governor's School for Science & Math will both be playing Lewisville the next time they take the pitch. The Eagles will host the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Volunteers will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
