The Silver Lake Eagles will welcome the Girard Trojans. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Last Tuesday, Silver Lake was fully in charge, breezing past Ottawa 69-38. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 27th, while the Cyclones are ranked 98th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Girard against Sabetha on Tuesday as the team secured a 42-14 victory.

Girard's win bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Silver Lake, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.
