Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only New Albany walked away with it. They came out on top against the Olentangy Braves by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won five games in a row.

New Albany walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-20, 25-13, 21-25, 25-18.

Their offense was headlined by Yashas Devulapally and Michael Botkin, who picked up 19 kills apiece. They got some help from Austin Noreikis and his 49 assists. Sahil Shah controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

New Albany pushed their record up to 14-8 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Olentangy, their loss dropped their record down to 10-13.

New Albany has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Westerville North on the 16th. Olentangy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
