Tabiona came tearing into Wednesday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Altamont Longhorns with points to spare, taking the game 73-55. That's more bragging rights for the Tigers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Leading Tabiona to victory were Bryson Fabrizio and Gavin Rhoades. Fabrizio went 9 for 13 on his way to 23 points and four steals, while Rhoades dropped a double-double on 20 points and 18 boards. Rhoades has been hot, having also posted two or more blocks the last eight times he's played. Verdis Winder was another key player, putting up eight points.

When it comes to explaining why Altamont lost, don't look at Breyden Jessen. Despite the final result, he went 9 of 19 on his way to 21 points in addition to seven boards and three steals. The dominant performance gave Jessen a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Case Sorensen, who posted eight points.

Tabiona's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.5 points per game. As for Altamont, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Tabiona wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 71-16 victory against Mount Vernon on the 9th. As for Altamont, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-45 loss against Manila on the 11th.
