East Columbus can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the West Columbus Vikings with a sharp 16-6 victory. The win was some much needed relief for East Columbus as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

East Columbus let Skylah Collins and Chynna Patrick loose on the outfield. Collins scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3, while Patrick got on base in three of her four plate appearances with a home run, two runs, and a stolen base. Collins has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Lakyn Wilson, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances.

On West Columbus' side, Hanna Lily made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with three RBI and a double. The team also got some help courtesy of Abigail Procopio, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

East Columbus' victory bumped their record up to 15-7. As for West Columbus, they dropped their record down to 3-17 with that defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road.
