Baseball Recap: Lone Oak Takes a Loss

Lone Oak fell victim to Rains and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 14-0. That's two games in a row now that the Buffaloes have lost by exactly 14 runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Lone Oak and nudges their season record down to 8-10. As for Rains, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-11.

While Lone Oak had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
