While San Diego didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-20), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Yorktown Wildcats on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Vaqueros, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

San Diego's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Yorktown, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

San Diego has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Tuloso-Midway on the 22nd. As for Yorktown, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against El Campo on the 22nd.
