Basketball Game Preview: Raymond/South Bend Ravens vs. Ilwaco Fishermen

The Raymond/South Bend Ravens will square off against the Ilwaco Fishermen at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Raymond/South Bend has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.

Raymond/South Bend is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 85-34 win over Chief Leschi. With the Ravens ahead 54-22 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Raymond/South Bend got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Chris Quintana out in front who went 9 for 12 en route to 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Ridderbush, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 14 points.

Meanwhile, Ilwaco came up short against Naselle on Saturday and fell 60-51. The Fishermen have struggled against the Comets recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Ilwaco's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Raymond/South Bend, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9.
