Softball Recap: Brandon/Evansville Comes Up Short

Brandon/Evansville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Wheaton/Herman-Norcross Warriors, falling 14-4. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-4 on Tuesday.

Brandon/Evansville's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Wheaton/Herman-Norcross, their win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Coincidentally, Brandon/Evansville and Wheaton/Herman-Norcross will both be playing Rothsay the next time they take the field. The Chargers will host the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Warriors will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
