Osakis took a loss when they played away from home last Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Tuesday. They came out on top against Long Prairie-Grey Eagle by a score of 3-1.

Meanwhile, Upsala was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bertha-Hewitt. While the Cardinals didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bears 25-22 in the first set.

Upsala started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-14, 25-14, 25-12.
