Horizon won the last time they faced Skyline and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Horizon Huskies' pitcher stepped up to hand the Skyline Coyotes a 3-0 shutout. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Huskies.
Connor McDonald tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March of 2024.
