South Fulton is 9-1 against Gleason since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Red Devils will welcome the Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. South Fulton's pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so Gleason's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On Friday, South Fulton got the win against West Carroll by a conclusive 17-4. Considering the Red Devils have won seven contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Gleason came out on top against Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run sixth inning. The Bulldogs had just enough and edged out the Tigers 7-5. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Ty Keeling made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over 5.1 innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. That stolen base was his first of the season.

In other batting news, Aiden Legens was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Curtis Mayo was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI.

Gleason's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-13-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for South Fulton, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Everything went South Fulton's way against Gleason in their previous meeting on April 10th, as South Fulton made off with a 12-2 win. Will the Red Devils repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
