 The Lowellville Rockets waltzed into their contest  on Saturday with two straight wins  but they left with three. They slipped by Bristol  31-30. This was payback for Lowellville, who suffered a  41-25  loss the last time these two teams met.
 Leading Lowellville to victory were  Serinna Tych and  Morgan Lewis.  Tych  scored 11 points along with eight  rebounds and three  steals, while  Lewis  scored 15 points. Lewis is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight.
 When it comes to explaining why Bristol lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Briauna Klingensmith. Despite the final result, she  scored 19 points along with four  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Lauren Church, who  scored  no points along with eight  rebounds and four  steals.
 Lowellville pushed their record up to 11-13 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  at home. As for Bristol, they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 9-14.
 Lowellville will head out on the road to  take on  Loudonville at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
