Bountiful's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They won by a run and slipped past the West Jordan Jaguars 5-4. This was payback for the Redhawks, who suffered a 6-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Bountiful saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carpenter Dylan, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI. That double was Dylan's first of the season.

Bountiful moved to 2-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for West Jordan, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coming up, Bountiful will head out on the road to challenge Box Elder at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Jordan, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Copper Hills at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
