Baseball Recap: Everett Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Everett and Tussey Mountain squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Everett had to settle for second. They fell 6-3 to the Titans. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Everett saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lane Whitfield, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.

Everett's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-10. As for Tussey Mountain, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Everett nor Tussey Mountain have any future games scheduled.
