Softball Recap: Academy of American Studies Extends Road Winning Streak to Ten

Academy of American Studies had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 16-8 margin over the Long Island City Bulldogs. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in March, they had to take a 15-12 loss.

Academy of American Studies pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
