Pius X lost in the closest game of the week to 18-13 Williams Valley. Tre Jordan threw for 135 yards and ran for 27 yards in the defeat.

Philip Stambaugh's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Dashon Russell contributed 55 yards. Russell helped Pius X's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 26 yards.
Russell was the best running back in the league this week. In 9 carries, he ran for 55 yards as the Royals fell to the Vikings. Teammate Jordan added to the ground attack by rushing for 27 yards.
Thanks to the talents of Jordan and Russell, Pius X has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Jordan is tops in the league in passing with 1,443 yards, while Russell has rushed for 1,218 yards this season. Tops in the league in receiving yards is Carson Long Military Academy's Lawrence Oden, with 550 yards on 27 catches.
The Royals also led the league in scoring this week after putting up 13 points.
