Crawford County is headed out to face Hawkinsville after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. Crawford County came out on top in a nail-biter against Wilcox County on Tuesday, sneaking past 2-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Eagles have posted since April 29, 2024.

Meanwhile, Hawkinsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Taylor County, falling 16-1.
