Volleyball Recap: Richards Takes a Loss

After flying high against Leggett on Tuesday, Richards came back down to earth. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Chester Yellowjackets on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Yellowjackets: they've now lost four in a row.

Richards' defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Chester, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 21-13.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Richards will square off against rival Goodrich at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Chester is set to take on their familiar foe Leggett at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
