Basketball Recap: Cocoa Takes a Loss

After soaring to 72 points the game before, Cocoa was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They were dealt a 63-20 defeat at the hands of the Palm Bay Pirates. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Palm Bay's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Carleyssia Wallace led the charge by putting up 11 points in addition to seven rebounds and five steals. Those five steals gave Wallace a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Erynn Moffett, who went 5 of 10 on her way to 11 points and seven boards.
